We Have Always Been at War in Democrazy

I don’t know but I been told
Bankster dick is solid gold
Pants off (one, two), jack off (three, four)!

It’s all hitting warp speed now; the illusion is desintegrating faster than you can say “civil liberwhats?”. The 99PS Democrazy Watch desk –only informally related to the Dukester’s Repo Agency for Deadbeat Democrazies– was prodded out of its self-induced coma at the news of the new law allowing the military to detain and hold citizens on US soil if suspicious of collaborating with terrorism. These are the notes we found scrawled by the desk before it slipped back into coma:

The now-legal deployment of the military on “Battlefield USA” has caused great alarm to those that foresee the rise of the American gulag. For them, I have some good news and some bad news. The good news is that the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) has not turned the country into a war zone, mostly because –and this is the bad news– it has technically been one since 1933. What we are witnessing now is not the end of the Republic, which is long dead and buried, but the end of the farce we call democrazy, and excuse my fcking french.

To put a dose of historical reality in the largely mythical democrazy story patched together by public Hollywood education, we could begin by pinpointing the origin of our current form of representative democrazy to March 9 1933, when the bankrupt United States Federal Government was dissolved by President Roosevelt with the Emergency Banking Act (48 Stat. 1, Public Law 89-719).

Since then, in words of ex-Congressman Jim Traficant (see here for full transcript and further commentary ), “all United States Offices, Officials, and Departments are operating within a de facto status under Emergency War Powers. With the Constitutional Republican form of Government dissolved, the receivers of the Bankruptcy have adopted a new form of government for the United States. This new form of government is known as a Democracy, being an established Socialist/Communist order under a new governor for America.”

In other words, what we call democrazy is but a twisted form of emergency war powers, which means that we are not losing our rights because they never existed in the first place. Every contract made between government and governed since 1933 is a farce to hide the higher secret directive that overrides any previous agreement, including individual citizen’s common and human rights as encoded in the UN declaration. The NDAA is a mere formality, a presentation in society of the covert war powers that has been running the shadow show for the past 80 years.

The emergency is finally arrived, as the democrazy game threatens to outplay its controllers and change the rules. Now even their own rigged system has become a threat to them, so it’s time to get medieval on our assets and no more Mr Nice Guy. Everything is parabellum in today’s America: war, weapons and dollars are the last Made in USA products still alive in the world markets, but twilight approaches and the laying fowl are returning to their berths for a well-deserved rest.

It doesn’t matter anymore, anyhow. If the predictions of a hot war starting in March 2012 come to pass, the next two decades of life on this planet will be like climbing out of a deep, dark well for those who manage to survive. Unfortunately, when looking at the world through emergency-power-colored glasses, war starts to look not just like the best option to the criminal ruling class, but indeed the only one.

Only a miracle can save us now, followed by another miracle to somehow convince us the first one wasn’t just another manufactured mind-fck. Don’t bother rousing me otherwise; this watch desk is shut due to there being no democrazy to watch anymore. When the soldiers come, just set my computer to self-destruct and get out. The last word, as always, will be mine.
